Lawyer at the Paris Bar (since 2012), I practice in the Principality of Liechtenstein as a European lawyer (since 2014) and notary (since 2021). I ensure the link between these two countries and more broadly with all French-speaking countries by offering general legal services.

I also have more than 8 years of experience with trust companies in Liechtenstein.

I work in particular in the areas of structuring, protection and transfer of assets and, in collaboration with Impact Philanthropy Advisors GmbH, I also manage philanthropic projects.

The Principality of Liechtenstein

The last Monarchy in the Alps.

Liechtenstein is a country of 160km2 located on the banks of the Rhine in the heart of Europe, between Switzerland and Austria. The official language is German. Made up of eleven communes, the principality is a constitutional hereditary monarchy with a parliamentary and democratic basis. The head of state is Prince Hans-Adam II of Liechtenstein.

Some advantages:

Liechtenstein has been a member of the European Economic Area (EEA) since 1995 and thus allows the free movement of capital with Switzerland and the European Union. Companies established in Liechtenstein have moderate taxation (12.5% IS) and a simple tax system. The country is rated AAA by Moody's and Standard & Poor's. The national currency is the Swiss franc (CHF) but the euro is widely accepted. Liechtenstein's legal system has gradually been enriched in 'inspiring Swiss, Austrian and European rights.
